What you’ll be doing 

During this 3-months paid internship you will: 

  • Account Payable Handling 
    • Register and process operational vendor invoice in operational system within predefined timeframe.
    • Match and validate incoming invoices against accruals booked. In case of any discrepancy, verify and confirm with operations. Ensure all accrual discrepancies are clarified, accepted, or corrected by operations and approved by authorized person.
    • Ensure all incoming invoices are registered timely and accurately in the operational system and transmitted to the accounting system successfully for further payment.
  • Accruals Monitoring 
    • Prepare accruals report on a periodic basis to follow up on missing accruals with operations. 
  • Document Archive 
    • Ensure vendor invoice is archived properly based on agreed process/workflow. 
 

We’re looking for: 

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance or Accounting. 
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills 
  • Curious, proactive, and ready to learn at speed. 
  • Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace; Power BI or Python is a bonus. 
  • Good command in English and local language (both written and spoken) is required; a third language is a plus. 
  • Team spirit and willingness to step out of your comfort zone.

Customer Support
Our client is a global logistics company that serves a wide range of industries along the entire supply chain with multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.

They are looking for a Customer Support to manage daily operations between customers, warehouse, and transport providers. The role ensures accurate order processing, shipment tracking, booking coordination, and timely communication of shipment status. You will support smooth operations while maintaining compliance with customer requirements and service standards, ensuring efficiency and high service quality across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
Customer Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the primary contact point between customer and warehouse operations
  • Receive customer instructions, shipment requests, and service inquiries
  • Provide daily updates on inbound and outbound shipment status
  • Communicate shipment delays, issues, or deviations to customers promptly
Order & Shipment Management
  • Monitor inbound shipment arrivals and coordinate receiving schedules
  • Track outbound orders from picking through shipment dispatch
  • Update shipment status as report requirement
  • Ensure accurate documentation and shipment readiness
Transportation Booking Coordination
  • Create and manage freight bookings in customer system
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and couriers
  • Select appropriate transport mode (FCL, LCL, Parcel, Air, etc.)
  • Prepare shipping instructions and upload required documents
Documentation & Compliance Support
  • Verify completeness of shipping documentation (Packing List, Invoice, etc.)
  • Maintain shipment records and traceability data
  • Support customer requests for POD, shipment reports, and audit information
Issue Handling & Escalation
  • Coordinate resolution of shipment delays, discrepancies, and delivery holds
  • Support investigation of customer complaints or service deviations
  • Escalate critical operational issues to management
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare daily and monthly shipment reports
  • Consolidate & Monitor service KPIs according to customer requirement
  • Support on periodically “Performance review” meeting with customer
Contribute to support corporate and site activities & programs such as ISO, GDP including HSSE

Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor’s degree any field and logistic field
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics operation
  • Understanding Logistics and Custom clearance process, modeling, tools, routing and scheduling packages included Warehouse Management System
  • Strong computer literacy - MS Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, Project with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel to resolve issues related to manufacturing, quality, and documentation
  • Strong customer centric mindset with ability to quickly reach and understand customer business and requirements and develop innovative solutions to customer
  • Excellent collaboration and communication both written and verbal included presentation skills in Thai and English
  • Understanding ISO management system standard and related regulatory requirements with ability to apply in routine operations

Quality Inspection & Pharmacist
Our client is a global logistics company that serves a wide range of industries along the entire supply chain with multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.

They are looking for a Quality Inspection & Pharmacist to ensure full compliance with GDP, ISO, and all relevant regulations across pharmaceutical and medical device operations. The role focuses on maintaining quality systems, ensuring services meet safety and performance standards, and driving continuous improvement by establishing and implementing SOPs across functions. You will support regulatory compliance, enhance operational quality, and ensure all activities align with customer and industry requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining pharmaceutical/medical devices quality assurance systems according to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and ISO9001, ISO13485 at the site to meet regulatory requirements and maintain consistent compliance
  • Ensure that the company remains fully compliant with GDP, ISO 9001, and all other applicable pharmaceutical regulations, updating practices as standards evolve
  • Plan and execute quality inspection for customer products/services to ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, laws and regulations
  • Establishing and maintaining quality assurance relevant documents and follow up and coordinating across function included customer for corrective/preventive actions as needed
  • Review and approve records of pharmaceutical shipments to confirm that products meet safety, quality, and compliance standards before received
  • Assess training needs, develop training matrices for specific roles, and ensure all personnel receive the necessary training to meet required competencies and maintain compliance
  • Oversee document control processes at the site, ensuring documents are accurately issued, updated, and retained as required
  • Plan and execute on processing validation, qualification, and calibration activities, ensuring they are conducted according to schedule and meet quality standards
  • Monitor and ensure that preventive maintenance is completed on time and in compliance with quality protocols
  • Collaborate across function and follow up on the complaint management system to document, investigating, identifying root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs), and resolving products/services complaints in accordance with GDP, ISO and regulatory requirements
  • The Quality Assurance person has the authority to intervene and take immediate corrective actions when any non-compliance with GDP requirements is observed, in order to protect product quality and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support the registration process for the site and new products/services, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of regulatory filings to ensure timely approval
  • Review and verify that product labeling and packaging materials are in compliance with local regulatory requirements and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical logistics or industry
  • Understanding GDP, ISO9001, ISO13485 and regulatory requirements with ability to apply in routine operations
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal and presentation skills in Thai and. English.
  • Proven interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead teams efficiently
  • Professional writing skills for preparing technical reports
  • Excellent assessment, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel to resolve issues related to manufacturing, quality, and documentation
