Our client is a global logistics company that serves a wide range of industries along the entire supply chain with multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.

They are looking for a Quality Inspection & Pharmacist to ensure full compliance with GDP, ISO, and all relevant regulations across pharmaceutical and medical device operations. The role focuses on maintaining quality systems, ensuring services meet safety and performance standards, and driving continuous improvement by establishing and implementing SOPs across functions. You will support regulatory compliance, enhance operational quality, and ensure all activities align with customer and industry requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining pharmaceutical/medical devices quality assurance systems according to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and ISO9001, ISO13485 at the site to meet regulatory requirements and maintain consistent compliance
  • Ensure that the company remains fully compliant with GDP, ISO 9001, and all other applicable pharmaceutical regulations, updating practices as standards evolve
  • Plan and execute quality inspection for customer products/services to ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, laws and regulations
  • Establishing and maintaining quality assurance relevant documents and follow up and coordinating across function included customer for corrective/preventive actions as needed
  • Review and approve records of pharmaceutical shipments to confirm that products meet safety, quality, and compliance standards before received
  • Assess training needs, develop training matrices for specific roles, and ensure all personnel receive the necessary training to meet required competencies and maintain compliance
  • Oversee document control processes at the site, ensuring documents are accurately issued, updated, and retained as required
  • Plan and execute on processing validation, qualification, and calibration activities, ensuring they are conducted according to schedule and meet quality standards
  • Monitor and ensure that preventive maintenance is completed on time and in compliance with quality protocols
  • Collaborate across function and follow up on the complaint management system to document, investigating, identifying root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs), and resolving products/services complaints in accordance with GDP, ISO and regulatory requirements
  • The Quality Assurance person has the authority to intervene and take immediate corrective actions when any non-compliance with GDP requirements is observed, in order to protect product quality and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support the registration process for the site and new products/services, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of regulatory filings to ensure timely approval
  • Review and verify that product labeling and packaging materials are in compliance with local regulatory requirements and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical logistics or industry
  • Understanding GDP, ISO9001, ISO13485 and regulatory requirements with ability to apply in routine operations
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal and presentation skills in Thai and. English.
  • Proven interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead teams efficiently
  • Professional writing skills for preparing technical reports
  • Excellent assessment, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel to resolve issues related to manufacturing, quality, and documentation
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and process improvement, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present information to groups and senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and potentially supervise multiple teams in a warehouse setting
  • Strong computer literacy - MS Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, Project and understanding Logistics modeling tools, routing and scheduling packages and Warehouse Management System

Requirements:
  • University graduate in any field (Open for fresh graduate)
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry with a strong Ocean Freight Import background.
  • Customer-service oriented, works well under pressure
  • Proficient in operating a PC and Microsoft Office

Billing Officer (Contract)
Our client is a global logistics company that provides end-to-end supply chain solutions, including transportation, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and value-added logistics services for a wide range of industries.

They are looking for a Billing Officer to manages the company’s invoicing process for international and domestic shipment, ensuring accurate calculation of freight charges, local charges and any outlay charges. Key responsibilities include preparing and sending invoices to customer, tracking cover sheet receiving from customer, reconciling accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining the customer invoicing KPI.

Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Generation
    • Receiving quotation and billing instruction and supporting documents from Customer Solution import/export)
    • Carefully review, verify information provided such as shipping documents(e.g, Bill of Lading,Invoice packing lists, quotation, tariff and related before input data to TMS
    • Prepare and issue invoices to customer, ensuring accuracy of data and billing details according to the quotation and supporting documents, receipt and etc.
    • Use the correct Charges Code in TMS to issue the invoices as per guide line
    • Issue credit notes for any request related to commercial decision or corrected the wrong billing invoice
  • Placing Billing invoice to customer
    • Accumulate the invoice issued with supporting documents
    • Arrange to scan the billing invoice with supporting documents and keep in TMS
    • To issue the Cover Sheet from TMS and placing the billing to customer
    • Planning and arrange schedule with messenger for placing the billing to customer
    • Following up the Cover Sheet signed from customer and arrange the original to Accounting team, a soft copy to save record in share drive
  • Data Management
    • To record the detail of customer for invoicing KPI and requirement including billing address, contact person and billing cycle
  • Discrepancy Resolution
    • Liaise with Customers, Customer Solution team, Shipment Coordinator to resolve invoice dispute and shipment discrepancies
  • Escalation
    • Report any job-related problems, complaints to Superior or Manage
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management; or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, logistics and supply chain
  • Knowledge of general freight forwarding term and standards

Our client is a global logistics company that provides end-to-end supply chain solutions, including transportation, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and value-added logistics services for a wide range of industries.

They are looking for an Shipment Coordinator (Air Export) to handle daily export airfreight shipments, including bookings, documentation, and customs coordination. Responsibilities include preparing HAWB/MAWB, arranging truck bookings, sending pre-alerts, updating shipment status, maintaining TMS data, handling AR/AP entries, and coordinating with customers, overseas offices, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Check SO (or JI & Quotation) are correct and receive on time
  • Received space confirmation and all instructions of shipment (include DG documents) from customer solution
  • Prepare truck booking and forward all related documents concern export clearance to export customs team
  • Ensure data in TMS are correct and create hawb
  • Send draft hawb to the clients, airport Rhenus’ contact and follow draft hawb confirmation by clients
  • Receive draft mawb by GW Coordinator
  • Send pre-alert (mawb/hawb/inv/pl) to destination office via email
  • Prepare draft AWB and send to service provider, TIFFA-master loader and GSA only
  • Follow POD from destination office for shipment under DAP/DDP and update to the clients
  • Keep E-File as per SOP
  • Prepare and complete AR and AP(Accrue) in TMS
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding business
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related fields
  • Can read and understand English
  • Strong organizational skills and customer orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent time management skills
  • Be familiar with computer software programs eg Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
