Senior Finance Officer (Treasury)
Our client is a leading international company, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Finance Officer (Treasury) to manage cash, banking, and treasury operations within the Finance Department. This role reports directly to the Accounting & Finance Manager and works closely with the Accounting & Finance team. It's a great opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on accuracy, ownership, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash and cheque transactions, including payment vouchers, according to allocations to ensure alignment with financial objectives
  • Prepare daily and weekly cash reports detailing cash inflows and outflows, reconciling payments and receipts; provide monthly cash forecasts for review by superiors
  • Perform monthly bank and cash balance sheet reconciliation
  • Optimize utilization of funds from banks with the lowest capital cost and manage remaining cash balances to maximize returns
  • Execute debt payments efficiently through the cash management system
  • Maintain and act as custodian of petty cash, processing reimbursements for petty cash expenditures
  • Prepare and review documents for incoming and outgoing international transfers
  • Compile financial reports, including bank transaction registers, intra-group and financial institution loan agreements, balance summaries, and bank account deposits
  • Support internal and external audits related to cash and banking activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
  • Advanced Excel and ERP skills; banking systems skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance regulations in Thailand
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Thai Nationality; good command of English is a plus

Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Our client is a rapidly expanding food manufacturing group, establishing its APAC headquarters in Bangkok and is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant / Office Manager to become the driving force behind its newly established office. Acting as the key support partner to a senior leadership team, you will ensure seamless executive coordination while taking full ownership of office operations, including vendor management, stakeholder relationships, visitor experience, and day-to-day administration.

The role is ideal for a mature, highly proactive professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, and takes pride in delivering operational excellence with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

•    Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership, diary and inbox management, scheduling, and coordination across time zones
•    Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
•    Host and coordinate international visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
•    Own day-to-day office management: cleanliness, pantry and supplies, and the overall look and feel of the workplace
•    Manage building and vendor relationships, sourcing quotes, liaising with suppliers, and negotiating with vendors and service providers
•    Support contract administration and basic agreement handling (lease, vehicle, and supplier paperwork)
•    Act autonomously as the central point of contact for the office, resolving issues independently as they arise


Requirements;

•    Minimum 5–6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, with clear office-management exposure
•    Mature, independent self-starter, confident handling situations and making decisions without close supervision
•    Strong spoken and written English (spoken fluency is essential)
•    Highly organised, presentable, and professional in dealing with senior stakeholders and external partners
•    Comfortable-owning vendor and building relationships and negotiating on the company's behalf
•    A legal or contract-administration background is an advantage
