Position Summary

The Quality Control & Quality Systems Manager will lead all quality assurance, quality control, laboratory, and food safety functions to ensure products consistently meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and company quality standards while driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Quality Systems (QS) functions within the manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations, customer specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Oversee incoming raw material inspections, in-process quality control, finished product testing, and laboratory operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, Halal, and other applicable standards.
  • Plan, prepare, and lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
  • Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and food safety practices throughout the facility.
  • Develop, review, and update SOPs, quality procedures, product specifications, and quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze quality performance data, prepare KPI reports, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and reduce defects, waste, and customer complaints.
  • Manage product hold and release processes, product traceability, and recall readiness.
  • Ensure proper calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory and quality inspection equipment.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on food safety, GMP, HACCP, quality systems, and quality awareness for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, customer standards, and company quality policies.
  • Support new product development, process validation, and quality improvement initiatives as required.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) within the frozen food, food manufacturing industry.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety management systems and standards, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and Halal requirements.
  • Experience in laboratory management, sensory evaluation, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in utilizing and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance quality management, reporting, data analysis, and operational efficiency.

Our client is a global provider of repair and manufacturing solutions for aerospace and industrial gas turbine components, with a manufacturing site in Pathum Thani. They are looking for an NPI Engineer to lead the introduction of new gas turbine component repairs and processes at the site.
 
The role owns product and process development from initial concept through to full manufacturing, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimise repair processes and deliver measurable improvements to business metrics. You will lead moderate-scope project teams, working closely with engineering, operations and customers to develop designs and repairs that meet cost, performance and durability requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new products and repairs for gas turbine components, including high-pressure turbine blades, nozzles and combustor components.
  • Lead assigned projects and programmes to successful completion, balancing technical, budgetary, manpower and schedule requirements
  • Apply Lean, CPEx and Six Sigma tools and concepts to product/process subsystems and manufacturing systems
  • Optimise production processes and product design using robust lean problem-solving methodology, with quantifiable impact on business metrics
  • Develop KPIs to effectively manage process and product outcomes
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to develop component designs and repairs that meet site, company and customer requirements for cost, performance and durability

Requirements

  • Good command of English (listening, speaking and writing), with a minimum TOEIC score of 800
  • Familiarity with aerodynamics, performance and heat transfer disciplines
  • Familiarity with all aspects of airfoil manufacturing (casting, machining, etc.) and inspection
  • Knowledge of gas turbine manufacturing and repair processes, finite element analysis and 3D CAD modelling

Our client is an international aerospace component repair and overhaul business, operating a manufacturing and MRO site in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani. They are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of the site's buildings and infrastructure systems
The role covers the full utility set - HVAC, boilers, wastewater treatment, dust collection, scrubbers, gas, power and cooling towers - through planned preventive maintenance, fast corrective action and continuous improvement. It suits an engineer who is hands-on with plant utilities, comfortable leading technicians and vendors, and used to working to KPIs, budgets and EHS standards

Responsibilities

  • Own the preventive and corrective maintenance of the site's infrastructure systems, including industrial HVAC, dust collection, wet scrubbers, wastewater treatment, boilers, gas systems, power systems and cooling towers
  • Oversee day-to-day facility issues, driving corrective action through to closure and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Analyse breakdowns and recurring faults, implement corrective and preventive actions, and share lessons learned across the team
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures for infrastructure systems and train technicians to apply them.
  • Produce the monthly maintenance breakdown report, analyse the data and propose improvements
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for technical support and emergency breakdown maintenance
  • Create, track and control machine and equipment KPIs
  • Manage spare parts, cost analysis and cost control in line with maintenance KPIs
  • Work in line with company procedures and regulations to comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing plant environment
  • Practical working knowledge of HVAC, boiler and water / wastewater treatment systems
  • Good command of English, written and spoken
  • Sound understanding of budgeting and performance management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Based within commuting distance of Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani, or willing to relocate
