Our client is a global manufacturing organisation with a large scale production site in Laem Chabang, Chonburi, serving international customers across multiple industries. Their Thailand finance function works directly alongside operations and commercial teams rather than at arm's length. This is a key position in the finance team and a genuine opportunity to control a whole segment of the business, with a dedicated P&L and ownership of key balance sheet items. You will work directly with operational management and the commercial director as their business partner, supporting decision making and providing the business outlook that keeps the segment profitable and sustainable.

Responsibilities
  • Act as finance business partner to the Customer Focus Team, providing overall finance support to the business
  • Work closely with the CFT on product pricing and costing for ongoing products and new product introduction feasibility studies, ensuring realistic assumptions are applied and risks and opportunities are properly analysed
  • Work with the CFT and operations teams to roll up the monthly forecast and the annual budget
  • Review and analyse customer level financial statements, providing detailed analysis and deep dive bridging between actual and forecast
  • Take the lead on monthly customer level financial reviews with the CFT
  • Carry out close loop analysis between actual and quotation at customer level
  • Take ownership of the balance sheet, cash flow, profitability and inventory levels for your customers
  • Support the CFT and operations to drive cost productivity improvements
  • Contribute to customer level business process and flow design or changes
  • Drive continuous improvement of FP&A process efficiency and simplification
  • Build cross functional relationships where persuasion, negotiation and considerable tact are required to gain support
  • Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external customers who have significant impact on the success of the organisation
  • Handle ad hoc assignments from the FP&A Manager and Site Controller
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years or more of experience in costing, FP&A or business control, including feasibility study work
  • Experience within a manufacturing company is essential
  • Hands on SAP experience is essential, with working knowledge of ERP in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in an international or multinational working environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of forecasting, costing, managerial accounting and investment analysis
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English. You will be expected to analyse the numbers and then explain them clearly to the team and to stakeholders, which is the single most important capability for this role
  • Able to work independently, willing to take a position based on fact finding and logical reasoning, and to provide unbiased recommendations
  • Proactive and self driven, comfortable as an individual contributor with full ownership of your customer portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics or another analytical field

QA Manager (Food Manufacturing, Bangna KM.36)
Our client is a leading food manufacturer looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead its Quality Assurance and Food Safety function.
The role is responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s Quality & Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, legal requirements, customer expectations, and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and improve Quality & Food Safety Management Systems
  • Manage FSSC 22000, BRCGS, GHP, HACCP, HALAL, and customer requirements

  • Experience in audit management, customer complaints, RCA, CAPA, specifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with FDA or HALAL regulatory requirements is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel/ Pivot Tables

Accounting & Finance Supervisor

The Accounting & Finance Supervisor is responsible for preparing financial reports, controlling accounting processes and transactions within the ERP system, reviewing payment transactions, developing accounting procedures, conducting physical fixed asset checks, and reviewing tax/VAT compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions in the ERP system
  • Supervise Accounting & Finance staff on money receipts/payments, accounting records, and tax filings (PND 3, 53, 54; PP 30, 36)
  • Supervise Accounting & Finance staff on fixed asset control and depreciation reporting
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings; ensure accurate sub-ledger reconciliations, maintain key account reconciliations and reporting, and manage GL balance aging analysis with corrective action plans
  • Prepare manual invoices related to expense recharges and other income (fixed asset sales, scrap sales, debit/credit notes, etc.)
  • Prepare intercompany confirmations (IC files)
  • Support compliance with applicable accounting laws, financial legislation, and regulations
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Model ethical behavior and perform job responsibilities in line with company values and ethics policies
  • Follow company procedures, work instructions, and regulations, and comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements
  • Manage month-end and year-end processes related to ERP updates
  • Create and revise ERP master data (business partners, GL accounts, currencies, and other required data)
  • Supervise administrative documentation related to banks, the Revenue Department, and other government agencies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support their implementation
  • Manage the filing, storage, and security of accounting and finance documents
  • Ensure all work complies with the requirements set out under EASA Part 21
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong computer literacy (PC and network); proficiency in MS Office and internet tools; ERP experience is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills
