They are seeking a Production Planner to ensure the seamless execution of planning and operational tasks, ranging from requisition release through to Purchase Order creation and confirmation. Based in Bangkok, this role acts as a vital link between regional hubs and vendors, managing demand fulfilment within established Service Level Agreements whilst supporting strategic projects focused on lead time reduction, process optimisation, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of supply chain data and milestones across all operational activities.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and perform data analysis to track and report on operational health.
  • Monitor PO milestones strictly, ensuring data accuracy and escalating any non-conformity promptly.
  • Assist in the rollout and execution of Corporate Supply Chain initiatives as required.
  • Communicate forecasts and capacity requirements to vendors in alignment with the Global Sourcing Strategy.
  • Prepare and analyse vendor capacity reports to identify potential bottlenecks and supply risks.
  • Support the planning, reservation, and consolidation of raw materials and components.
  • Manage Product Master Data accuracy and escalate discrepancies immediately upon identification.
  • Execute the full PO lifecycle from requisition release and creation through to final shipment.
  • Coordinate customer requests with factories, ensuring feasibility and obtaining management approval.
  • Interface with regional teams, Product Development, and Production to resolve operational issues.
  • Manage administrative adjustments including order cancellations, amendments, Value-Added Services, up-charges, and reimbursements.
  • Oversee payment and shipment deferral programmes and support the resolution of claims.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Operations.
  • Experience within the garment or textile industry is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Experience with MS Access, VBA, or Power BI is a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience working within an SAP environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different regions and time zones.
  • Capable of managing complex operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and master data management.

  • Hands-on experience with production equipment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of equipment metrics (uptime, calibration, maintenance, spares management) and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA/GR&R)
  • Experience with optical metrology, optical/electrical test systems, or precision assembly processes (e.g., bonding, soldering, alignment) is a plus
