Our client is a global logistics company that provides end-to-end supply chain solutions, including transportation, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and value-added logistics services for a wide range of industries.

They are looking for a Shipment Coordinator to arrange Bills of Lading and other overseas shipment details, prepare and issue invoices and credit notes to customers, overseas partners, and internal departments, coordinate cheque requests with accounting for payments to shipping lines, update and monitor export shipment status, input shipment data into the system, prepare monthly reports and shipment forecasts, and follow up on shipments while responding to customer inquiries as assigned by the superior.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange B/L and other necessary details for oversea.
  • Preparing and issuing the invoice /credit note to customers/overseas and internal dept.
  • Request cheque with account dept. for payment to shipping line.
  • Update up export shipment and keep inform to customer.
  • Input data for event control and other job on system.
  • Prepare monthly report & provide accurate job shipment forecasts.
  • Follow up shipments and coordinate to response to customers as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 0–3 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, or related roles (new graduated are welcome)
  • Able to use MS Office
  • Good command in English both reading and writing
