Supply Chain & Logistics Customer Service

Our client is a global logistics company that serves a wide range of industries along the entire supply chain with multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.

They are looking for a Customs Billing Officer to create and issue customer invoices, prepare accounts payable invoices, ensure all accrued costs and selling rate records are accurate, manage billing processes in a timely manner, coordinate document handover to the accounting department, and maintain proper records through systematic scanning and archiving.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and issue invoices to customers.
  • Create accounts payable invoices.
  • Ensure all accrued costs are fully completed.
  • Ensure all records selling rate details are accurate.
  • Manage and process billing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Compile and hand over completed documents to the accounting department for customer billing.
  • Scan and archive files to maintain proper records.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates in related fields are welcome
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability to work well with relevant departments
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers
  • Good command in English both reading and writing

Responsibilities
  • Interpret as requested on the production line, in plants, and during meetings between Japanese and Thai staff
  • Translate documents, reports, manuals, work instructions, and internal communications between Japanese and Thai
  • Support daily operations by facilitating clear and accurate communication in on-site activities
  • Assist with coordination between Japanese management, engineers, and production teams to ensure alignment on tasks and instructions
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all interpretation and translation work
  • Provide general language support for factory operations and other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, or a related field
  • JLPT Japanese proficiency level N1 or N2 (Must have)
  • At least one year of experience as a Japanese Interpreter in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Able to accurately interpret and translate between Japanese and Thai, and Thai and Japanese
  • Strong coordination and communication skills between Japanese staff and production team members
  • Responsible, patient, and able to work effectively in a factory environment
