Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Security Systems

Our client is seeking a senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead growth in our integrated security systems business in Thailand.

This role is for a proven professional with leadership capability who can drive new business, close complex project-based deals, and lead an established sales and in-house presales/design team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
Lead and close complex, project-based security opportunities
Manage and develop an existing sales team (currently 9 people)
Lead an in-house presales/design team (currently 6 engineers) responsible for system design, proposals, and TORs
Grow the AES sales team
Build and maintain a strong, forecastable sales pipeline
Work closely with management and technical teams to deliver competitive, compliant solutions

Requirements

10 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
Proven track record for closing project-based or solution-led sales and sales growth
Experience managing sales and technical / pre-sales teams
Background in security systems, ELV, ICT, building systems, or system integration
Fluent in Thai and English, able to communicate professionally with local and international stakeholders
Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills

We are seeking a Japanese Interpreter (N1/N2) to support communication between Japanese management or engineers and production staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across the production line.

Responsibilities

Interpret as requested on the production line, in plants, and during meetings between Japanese and Thai staff
Translate documents, reports, manuals, work instructions, and internal communications between Japanese and Thai
Support daily operations by facilitating clear and accurate communication in on-site activities
Assist with coordination between Japanese management, engineers, and production teams to ensure alignment on tasks and instructions
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all interpretation and translation work
Provide general language support for factory operations and other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, or a related field
JLPT Japanese proficiency level N1 or N2 (Must have)
At least one year of experience as a Japanese Interpreter in a manufacturing or production environment
Able to accurately interpret and translate between Japanese and Thai, and Thai and Japanese
Strong coordination and communication skills between Japanese staff and production team members
Responsible, patient, and able to work effectively in a factory environment
