Accounting & Finance Supervisor

• Prepare and post accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions in the ERP system
• Supervise Accounting & Finance staff on money receipts/payments, accounting records, and tax filings (PND 3, 53, 54; PP 30, 36)
• Supervise Accounting & Finance staff on fixed asset control and depreciation reporting
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings; ensure accurate sub-ledger reconciliations, maintain key account reconciliations and reporting, and manage GL balance aging analysis with corrective action plans
• Prepare manual invoices related to expense recharges and other income (fixed asset sales, scrap sales, debit/credit notes, etc.)
• Prepare intercompany confirmations (IC files)
• Support compliance with applicable accounting laws, financial legislation, and regulations
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Model ethical behavior and perform job responsibilities in line with company values and ethics policies
• Follow company procedures, work instructions, and regulations, and comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements
• Manage month-end and year-end processes related to ERP updates
• Create and revise ERP master data (business partners, GL accounts, currencies, and other required data)
• Supervise administrative documentation related to banks, the Revenue Department, and other government agencies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support their implementation
• Manage the filing, storage, and security of accounting and finance documents
• Ensure all work complies with the requirements set out under EASA Part 21
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Strong computer literacy (PC and network); proficiency in MS Office and internet tools; ERP experience is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy in direct alignment with global marketing objectives
• Manage regional digital marketing channels and social media presence, with a strong focus on WeChat and LINE
• Localise and adapt global marketing content to resonate with Asian B2B audiences
• Support regional sales teams through targeted marketing campaigns and high-impact collateral
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events
• Partner closely with international cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Technical Support
• Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs to optimise campaign performance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the industrial or specialty chemicals sector
• Proven track record operating across Asian markets within an international matrix environment
• Practical, hands-on experience in content creation and managing localised social media platforms
• Demonstrated success organising and executing trade fairs and industry conferences
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken
