Technical Engineer (Based in Rayong) 

Our client is a leading global company in the packaging industry seeking a Technical Engineer to support manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for managing technical projects, implementing new equipment, and driving process improvements to ensure stable production, effective troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of productivity, quality, and equipment performance.

Job responsibilities:
  • Monitor technical project and report assigned by technical project manager/ Head of technical.

  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues related to MSA manufacturing, extrusion, punching, lamination, and membrane welding., etc.

  • Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification of new machines and equipment

  • Conduct process capability studies (Cp/Cpk), DOE, and basic statistical analysis

  • Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation

  • Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and customer service teams

  • Support continuous improvement, operations improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • 3–7 years manufacturing experience or project engineering environment

  • Machine commissioning experience

  • PLC programing (i.e. Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi), IOT, HMI, Inverter & Servo knowledge

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Able to read, create and modify technical drawing (AutoCAD for tooling, Parts, Layout and process documentation

  • Good English communication skills

  • Issue report as per customer requirements and update milestone is needed
  • Follow up Electronics Files as SOP (include job report) and achieve documents (for keep in Storage W/H)
  • Coordinate with customers regarding details of pure clearance exported shipment
  • Advise and follow-up with customer and other freight forwarder for additional or special document required to attach with export entry
  • Reserve Truck and Coordinate with other departments in order ensure on-time load and Inland shipment
  • Reach KPI target
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (New Grad are welcome)
  • Able to operate under pressure and able to prioritize work
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and have a good service mind
  • Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Display flexibility and can dealing with different level people
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Work with overtime and available on holidays
