Thailand (Onsite) | Reports to: Supplier Quality Engineering Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

The Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer ensures external suppliers consistently meet organizational standards for quality, capability, and performance. The role partners with internal engineering, product quality, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement, support new product introductions, and develop robust supplier relationships, with approximately 50% of time allocated to a key supplier in Thailand and periodic travel to other supplier sites locally and abroad.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier Quality Management
  • Establish and maintain quality expectations for suppliers including specifications, inspection criteria, and performance metrics
  • Monitor supplier performance through data analysis, scorecards, and regular reviews
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action activities to resolve supplier-related quality issues
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances
Supplier Flow-Downs & Documentation
  • Translate engineering, regulatory, and contractual requirements into clear, actionable flow-downs for suppliers
  • Ensure suppliers understand and comply with all technical documentation, standards, and process requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate and complete supplier documentation packages
  • Oversee identification, containment, and disposition of non-conforming supplier material
Non-Conforming Material & MRB
  • Facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) activities and ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence
  • Lead containment activities and coordinate disposition of non-conforming material
  • Maintain traceability and documentation integrity throughout the NCR process
Supplier Technology & Capability Assessments
  • Evaluate supplier manufacturing processes, technologies, and capacity for alignment with current and future business needs
  • Identify risks and opportunities within supplier operations and recommend improvement strategies
  • Support supplier selection decisions through technical assessments and capability audits
  • Plan, execute, and document supplier audits focused on quality systems, process controls, and compliance
Supplier Auditing & Development
  • Track audit findings and verify effective implementation of corrective actions
  • Maintain audit schedules and support supplier development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Drive supplier maturity through structured development programs
New Product Introduction (NPI) Support
  • Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and supplier readiness for new product designs
  • Lead supplier engagement during prototype builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-up
  • Validate supplier processes through PPAP, FAI, or equivalent qualification activities
  • Ensure supplier capability is confirmed prior to full-rate production release
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience: Senior-level experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain engineering

Technical: Quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP), supplier auditing methodologies, MRB/NCR processes

Leadership: Cross-functional collaboration, supplier relationship management, problem-solving

Certifications: ASQ CQE, CQA, or Lead Auditor certification preferred

They are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & WMS Support professional to join our team and play a key role in keeping our IT infrastructure and warehouse systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Operations: Manage and coordinate the setup, maintenance, and performance of networks, servers, hardware, and related IT infrastructure.
  • WMS Application Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including troubleshooting, user support, and system monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with IT, warehouse operations, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement system improvements.
  • System Performance & Reporting: Monitor system health, prepare performance reports, identify potential issues, and recommend improvements to infrastructure and WMS efficiency.

Requirements:

ROLE PURPOSE
Writes and maintains the test programs that electrically validate semiconductor products before shipment to customers worldwide. Covers the full test lifecycle, silicon bring-up, characterization across voltage/temperature/frequency corners, yield analysis and debug, through to production release for high-volume manufacturing. The role sits at the intersection of IC design, manufacturing, and quality, translating circuit-level understanding into automated test solutions on ATE platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
ATE Test Program Development
  • Develop, debug, and optimize test programs for Teradyne UltraFLEX and/or Advantest V93K platforms using C/C++ and Python
  • Perform silicon bring-up on first silicon, powering on new devices, validating basic functionality, and feeding results back to design
  • Execute device characterization across voltage, temperature, and frequency corners to define production test limits and datasheet specifications
  • Develop and maintain test program documentation including test plans, flow diagrams, and test specifications
Yield Analysis & Production Support
  • Analyze yield data to identify failure trends, distinguish test-related from design/process-related issues, and drive yield improvement initiatives
  • Support production test release, ensuring programs run reliably at volume with target cycle times and coverage
  • Debug test failures at bench and tester level, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Monitor and improve test program efficiency including test time reduction, site count optimization, and cost-of-test initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Design Engineering to translate device specifications into testable parameters and resolve silicon vs. test ambiguities
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and production ramp
  • Interface with global test engineering teams across multiple sites to align test methodologies and share best practices

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
