Service & Sales Manager (Based in Rayong) 

Job Responsibilities
 
  • Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies
  • Identify and approach target customers across key sectors: F&B, Pharmaceuticals, Supplements, Agro chemicals, Engine & Lube Oil, others.
  • Build relationships with cap/closure manufacturers.
  • Actively promote and sell our core products including EPE foam liners and Induction seal liners using technical value based selling approach. 
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver product customization and demonstrations
  • Achieve agreed KPIs including sales revenue, number of new clients, and market penetration
  • Provide regular market intelligence, customer feedback, competitor insights and sales reporting.
  • Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings 
Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Chemistry, or a related field 
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in packaging or sealing solutions 
  • Strong network in packaging, F&B, pharma, or related industrial segments 
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle 
  • Technical acumen to understand and explain sealing liner applications 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to drive and holding valid driving license.  
  • Fluency in Thai, and good command in English

Qualifications

  • Experience working on infrastructure and civil engineering projects, including roadworks, roadway design, site development works, underground infrastructure or utility systems, and drainage or stormwater management systems.
  • Experience supporting civil or structural design for building or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or BIM tools is an advantage.
  • Experience with structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, or SAP2000 is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end order processing for finished goods and spare parts, including quotation review, sales order creation, documentation, and ERP data maintenance.
