The company is strengthening its APAC service organization and is looking for a commercially driven Service Account Manager to support continued growth across the region.

About the Role

The Service Account Manager – APAC will be responsible for developing the after-sales business and strengthening long-term relationships with existing customers.
This role combines customer account management, service sales, and project coordination, identifying opportunities to improve customers' equipment performance while growing service revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify and develop after-sales opportunities including format parts, modifications, upgrades, retrofits, inspections, and other service solutions.
  • Understand customer operational needs and recommend solutions that improve equipment reliability, productivity, and performance.
  • Manage service opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and order conversion.
  • Coordinate service projects between customers, technical teams, engineering, and international headquarters.
  • Act as the main commercial contact for customers throughout service projects.
  • Work closely with Service Engineers while ensuring strong customer communication and follow-up.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality and retention.
  • Develop recurring service revenue and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Maintain sales/service pipelines and provide regular business, project, and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistent service standards across APAC.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial or Business Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in after-sales service, technical sales, project management, or customer account management.
  • Background in industrial machinery, automation, or packaging equipment is highly preferred.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, FMCG, food, or packaging industries is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop service opportunities.
  • Able to understand technical discussions and translate customer requirements to engineering teams.
  • Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Good command of Thai and English.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for HR & Administration, Labour Law, and Compliance, while driving effective HR practices across the Group. HR Manager

Production Planner
Our client, a well-established global leader in high-performance photonics components, is seeking a Production Planner to translate sales demand into practical, stable production schedules for assigned product lines. In this role, you will balance demand, capacity, inventory levels, material availability, and manufacturing constraints to optimize workflow.

Working closely with internal teams—including Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering—as well as external suppliers and contract manufacturers, you will ensure operational targets are achievable while proactively resolving potential planning, scheduling, capacity, and material bottlenecks.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage master production plans and daily/weekly schedules based on forecast demand, plant capacity, lead times, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers (CMs), Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure frictionless plan execution.
  • Identify operational constraints and implement load-leveling and capacity-balancing strategies to minimize delays.
  • Evaluate demand changes and adjust production schedules while protecting schedule stability and delivery commitments.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective action plans for work order failures, component shortages, and recurring operational constraints.
  • Partner closely with Purchasing to identify material shortfalls early and mitigate production impact.
  • Track planning readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI) and align line-level production schedules with broader Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies.
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters, lead times, Bills of Materials (BOM), and master data within ERP/MRP systems.
  • Analyze performance metrics (schedule adherence, inventory turns, lead times) to drive process improvements, enhance data integrity, and support operational decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in production planning, material planning, supply planning, or manufacturing operations (background in electronics or optical component manufacturing highly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of core ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling methodologies, and inventory control principles.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation is a strong advantage.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or advanced analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
