Our client, leading Cash & Carry operator in wholesale trade is seeking a finance-centric strategic leader to strengthen enterprise financial visibility and long-term performance. The organisation operates at scale and requires disciplined financial insight to support C-Suite and Board-level decision-making.

This corporate-level role focuses on enterprise financial analysis, long-range modelling and strategic scenario evaluation. The position does not own operational execution in Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement or Investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Financial Performance & Insights
    • Lead enterprise-wide financial analysis across business units and corporate value streams
    • Analyse profitability drivers, cost structure shifts, capital efficiency and financial maturity gaps
    • Develop corporate dashboards, KPIs and executive scorecards
    • Conduct peer and competitor financial benchmarking
  • Long-Range Financial & Scenario Modelling
    • Build and maintain 3–5 year corporate financial models for forecasting and strategic trade-off analysis
    • Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess macro impacts and market risks
    • Translate financial modelling outputs into strategic insights for leadership alignment
  • Enterprise Financial Strategy Enablement
    • Provide analytical support for corporate planning cycles and strategic direction reviews
    • Advise on capital and resource prioritisation trade-offs using financial impact modelling
    • Develop corporate financial analysis standards and governance frameworks
  • Executive Decision Support
    • Prepare financial narratives and recommendation materials for C-Suite and Board forums
    • Partner with senior leaders to interpret financial signals and strategic implications
    • Communicate complex financial analysis with clarity and structured storytelling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • CFA, CPA, FMVA or equivalent certifications are advantageous
  • 7–10 years in Corporate Financial Analysis, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking or Management Consulting
  • Strong experience in enterprise financial modelling and profitability analysis
  • Experience supporting financial transformation initiatives is a plus
  • Advanced corporate financial modelling and long-range forecasting capability

  • Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order operations through the supply chain, ensuring seamless transitions from requisition release and PO creation to final shipment. 
  • Evaluate and execute complex customer requests with factories, coordinating with Management for feasibility approvals. 
  • Act as the key liaison between regions, apparel product development, production teams, and vendors to proactively manage and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks.

Requirements 
  • BA or BSc in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning and Operations. 
  • Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in the garment/apparel manufacturing industry. * Proven track record of managing vendors, capacity planning, and raw material/fabric consolidation. 
  • Advanced technical skills: Power user of MS Excel, MS Access. VBA and Power BI programming are highly advantageous. 
  • Solid experience working within an SAP environment is preferred.

Requirements
