Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage HR operations in Thailand, partnering closely with the local management team to support business goals, and working collaboratively with HR Director, Asia on policy alignment and HR project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HRBP support, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Projects.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Refine HR policies, processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Build and implement talent development plans, conduct talent reviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.
  • Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across platforms; partner with universities and external bodies to support internship and early talent programs.

  • Lead and support key HR initiatives that strengthen organizational development and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop short- and long-term manpower plans and workload forecasts to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ HR experience with strong exposure in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
  • Solid knowledge across all HR modules and strong understanding of local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels, highly organized, results-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with integrity. Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order operations through the supply chain, ensuring seamless transitions from requisition release and PO creation to final shipment. 
  • Evaluate and execute complex customer requests with factories, coordinating with Management for feasibility approvals. 
  • Act as the key liaison between regions, apparel product development, production teams, and vendors to proactively manage and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks.

Requirements 
  • BA or BSc in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning and Operations. 
  • Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in the garment/apparel manufacturing industry. * Proven track record of managing vendors, capacity planning, and raw material/fabric consolidation. 
  • Advanced technical skills: Power user of MS Excel, MS Access. VBA and Power BI programming are highly advantageous. 
  • Solid experience working within an SAP environment is preferred.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational reliability, driving CAPEX projects, and embedding strong safety and sustainability standards across the plant.Responsibilities

● Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and drive key operations strategies to deliver Gross Profit targets and to optimize productivity, premium quality and manufacturing costs.

Requirements
