Our client is a leading chocolate and confectionery manufacturer in Thailand and is looking for a high-energy Sales Executive (QSR) to accelerate sales growth, build strong customer partnerships, and expand their presence within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and food service segment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about food and bakery, driven by sales, and thrives in a customer-facing role. You will bring a proactive, hands-on approach to engaging customers, executing sales strategies, and consistently achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in QSR, food service, and related sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close profitable deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations for product and business improvement.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and customer records in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance and pipeline reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG, foodservice, or a related industry with a passion for food and bakery is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates who are passionate about food and bakery and eager to pursue a career in sales are highly welcome.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the QSR and foodservice landscape is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.
