Our client company is a leading premium food brand serving the HORECA industry, with a strong presence in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and artisan customers. To support business expansion in the Eastern region of Thailand, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – HORECA to join their team.
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key hospitality accounts, and driving sales growth across hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and artisan customers. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the hospitality and foodservice market. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities with hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and artisan customers across the East Region
- Promote and sell food and hospitality-related products through presentations, tastings, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including F&B managers, chefs, purchasing teams, and shop owners
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, or hotel industry
- Strong understanding of hotel purchasing processes and supply chain requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive sales growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
