Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and onboard new customers in collaboration with the sales team, with a strong understanding of road freight needs and market demands

Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the Thai road freight market to ensure compliance across all tasks and functions
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for road projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Ability to travel between Bangkok (Asok) and Bangna areas
Project management experience with a proven track record in managing and executing logistics projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with competence in using data analytics to identify gaps, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement in customer solutions
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively, as well as prioritise tasks
Adaptability and a hands-on approach, comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and drive projects to completion
Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English
Knowledge of compliance and safety; ADR certification is an advantage
Proficiency with tools like TMS and MS Office; SAP is an advantage
At least 5 years of experience working in logistics, with in-depth knowledge of road transport operations and warehouse business
Experience in customs clearance is an advantage
