Our client is a leading global food manufacturer recognized for its iconic snack brands is looking for a Production Scheduler, planning and coordinating daily and weekly production activities to meet customer demands while maximizing efficiency. This role will help the company ensures optimal utilization of resources and alignment of materials and capacity. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, material availability, and production capacity
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Planning, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment on daily operations
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to manage delays, breakdowns, or urgent order changes
• Manage short- and mid-term planning to optimize equipment utilization, shift resources, and meet customer service levels
• Use SAP (PP module) for planning transactions, work orders, BOM/routing management, and reporting
• Coordinate availability of raw materials, packaging, and labor resources to ensure smooth execution of plans
• Communicate proactively with internal teams on scheduling changes, risks, and mitigation plans
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve OEE, and increase scheduling accuracy
• Prepare performance reports related to schedule adherence, plan vs. actual output, and downtime impacts
• Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to root cause analysis for any planning-related issues
 
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP (Production Planning/PP module)
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, BOM, routings, and material flows
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, and scheduling best practices is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Thai and English, essential for interacting with local teams and regional/global functions
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude
