The qualified candidate should have an excellent commercial track record along with solid people management and P&L experience at a Senior level.This is an excellent opportunity to embark on driving an amazing journey with a global vegetable seed business who are committed to providing high-quality seeds and knowledge on effective agronomic practices to millions of smallholder farmers across the Region.ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development and Execution Contribute to developing the overall EWS group strategy by providing valuable business insights from the region. Using their market knowledge and expertise helps enrich the formulation of EWS strategies. Leads the team in developing a clear strategy for the region by using market needs, anticipating trends, and identifying the unique and complex challenges and opportunities in the market. Ensures regional strategy is aligned with the long-term EWS Group strategic direction and is supported by clear initiatives with a robust implementation plan. Business Planning & Financial Management Leads the development of annual and long-range business plans and ensures alignment with EWS group targets. Sets business targets for the region (i.e., key performance indicators and financial targets) supported by a clear set of actions to drive achievement. HR Manager, Knowledge Transfer

Our client is one of the world's leading tropical vegetable seed companies. We are looking to fill the role of HR Manager, Knowledge Transfer will play a key role to enable the organization to achieve its goals by developing and driving organization and people strategies and initiatives that support their strategic directions. The HR Manager, Knowledge Transfer will collaboratively with members of the KT leadership team, CPO and Group HR Centers of Expertise (COE) partners in ensuring that people related requirements and needs are responded.Responsibilities: Working with KT leadership team in shaping their strategic priorities , in the short, mid and long-term horizon Using his/her knowledge and insights of the KT strategic requirements, identifying the organization and people implications and develops the people strategy , supporting initiatives and execution plan Understanding the organization and people - related issues and concerns that the KT leadership team have (present and emerging) and provides appropriate advise / recommendation and / or solutions Identifying and drives the implementation of learning and development solutions and interventions for KT Working closely with KT people managers in workforce planning for their current and future business needs and helps them determine their talent acquisition (TA) requirements Overseeing the smooth and organized onboarding process for all new hires, in coordination with hiring managers, following the standard onboarding program Facilitating the talent review and succession planning process from the identification, assessment and calibration of KT talents across countries Ensuring the effective implementation of the performance management system; the annual goal setting and performance reviews (midyear and year-end) Managing the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) is working and survey results are being used by KT people managers for their analysis and action Leading the annual compensation planning process following the guidelines set by Group HR Preparing the annual KT Foundation HR budget and ensures proper monitoring of budget utilization Requirements: University degree, a postgraduate degree is an advantage Minimum 5 years of experience in a general HR management role in a medium-sized organization Preferably with experience in working with other HR colleagues at regional scale of work Previous experience as a COE lead (either in Talent or C&B) at regional level is an advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Professional English communication and strong interpersonal skills
