They are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to develop, drive and executive Talent Strategies for the group across multiple countries. You should have solid experience building strong organizational capability in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and L&D. Ideally you will have an HR Generalist background with Regional / Global exposure. This key position is pivotal in leading commercial process improvement, operating at cross-functional and cross-country levels, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to formulate efficient and action-oriented programs that drive sales growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive transformative change and make a significant impact within our global vegetable seed business who are committed to providing high-quality seeds and knowledge on effective agronomic practices to millions of smallholder farmers globally. Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of key strategic and tactical Sales excellence initiatives: Sales Forecasting, Sales Incentive Plan, Commercial Policy (Dealer Incentives), Channel Distribution, Sales Processes and Optimization Drive adherence to the sales forecasting process at the group level.
