We are looking to fill the role of Finance Shared Service Manager to be responsible for the accounting team in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Global Finance Management Trainee

The successful candidate will embark on a comprehensive training programme to understand the company's financial operations, analysis, and management. This role provides hands-on experience and a strong foundation in various aspects of finance, paving the way for future opportunities within the finance department. Responsibilities: Participate in meetings and training sessions that provide an understanding of the business, its operations and the different facets of the organisation. Use the knowledge and insights you’ve learned to perform assigned tasks and projects Partner with other business teams to understand operational cycles. Provide financial advice for business teams on request. Work on ad-hoc reports to support management decisions Assist in collecting & organising financial data from month-end closings. Conduct financial analyses as assigned: financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost savings, variance analysis Become proficient with in-house ERP and EWS applications. Seed Operation Specialist (Group Foundation Seed & Stock Seed)

The company is extremely committed to sustainability goals, improving the quality and quantity of food production worldwide, without using harmful chemicals. We are looking for a Seed Operation Specialist based in Nonthaburi, Thailand to coordinate production & delivery, and review contracts with third-party producers.Responsibilities:Foundation & Stock Seed Production Planning: Work closely with production planning teams to consolidate sales forecasts and understand product trends Responsible for the registration of new varieties Ensure the availability of various seed varieties Review sales forecasts and production targets for next 5 years Analyse & determine the best location for seed production by considering company parental security policies, seasonality, production techniques, and cost of operations Organise regular production planning meetings in conjunction with crop production managers Set the production targets for quantity, location, and deliveries for each country Follow up of FS Seed Production: Confirm production targets in each area, and find alternative locations whenever targets cannot be met Monitor the progress of contracts and production in each area Make regular field visits to assess the progress of crops &review techniques Report problems and shortcomings and propose solutions Review / Monitor Production Techniques: Ensure that the best seed production techniques are implemented in each production area Update production guidelines for each crop and production area Ensure good synergy and teamwork Analysis & Reporting: Arrange regular meetings with the Production Planning Manager to report production targets and review ongoing contracts Review and analyse seed production performance & issues and provide solutions to continuously improve seed production SS/FS shipment monitoring end to end Monitoring & follow shipments from start to finish Qualifications: University degree in Biological or Agricultural Science Strong English communication skills Good knowledge of seed production techniques Practical experience of 5 years in seed production Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Working knowledge of seed business processes, terms and conditions Experience with production contracts Independent thinking, practical, and a good decision-maker Proactive and analytical Well-organised team player with attention to detail Willing to travel frequently
