Our client, an international real estate services firm, is seeking a dynamic Director of Office Sales. This position is a key leadership role responsible for driving the success of the office sales team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in the office sector. The Director of Office Sales will lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed targets and quotas, manage client relationships, and implement effective sales strategies. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes. Responsibilities • Lead and coach the office sales team, ensuring sales targets and quotas are exceeded• Assign and supervise sales leads, ensuring efficient allocation based on team strengths• Manage subordinates to create an efficient and effective sales team across territories and clients• Grow new clients, prospect clients, repeat customers, and referrals in the office sales segment• Represent buyers, landlords, and other stakeholders as required• Set clear, achievable goals and deliverables for the sales team and monitor progress• Provide regular training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team• Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members• Develop and implement sales plans consistent with budget and sales targets, including quotas and KPIs• Collaborate with the marketing manager to produce marketing plans that generate sales leads and track the effectiveness of marketing activities• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue in the office sales sector• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the office real estate sector• Conduct regular team meetings to update and encourage team members to maintain high performance levels• Establish and implement objectives and deliverables for individuals and the team, tracking performance effectively• Create and execute a comprehensive sales training program to improve skills and achieve sales targets• Encourage and provide recognition for high performers, holding subordinates accountable when necessary• Present team performance to management regularly• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, conducting regular performance reviews and setting actionable goals Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in the office sales sector• Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders• Proficiency in English and Thai, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to supervise and lead an office sales team, providing direction and support, evaluating subordinates’ performance, and offering constructive feedback and coaching
