On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of plant-based meat alternatives, JacksonGrant is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead overall manufacturing operations at their Ayutthaya facility.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Food Safety, Warehouse, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will ensure the plant consistently delivers against safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets while leading a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, yield, lead time, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee production planning, maintenance, engineering, warehouse, and operational performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, TPM, and waste reduction.
  • Develop and coach the plant leadership team while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage plant budgets, operational KPIs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, and other business functions to support growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years' manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior plant leadership role.
  • Strong background in food, FMCG, or process manufacturing.
  • Proven experience improving OEE, productivity, quality, and manufacturing performance.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods, materials, and services to meet the company’s operational requirements in Thailand and across ASEAN. This position is responsible and accountable for the performance of the company’s supplier base in terms of quality, delivery, cost, and features (QDCF).

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential suppliers and lead the supplier evaluation and qualification process.
  • Identify potential sourcing cases, prepare RFQs, and lead sourcing activities.
  • Understand the products and suppliers’ manufacturing processes, represent suppliers in technical reviews, and advise on feasibility and necessary qualifications.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts, and assess opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously monitor, manage, and ensure supplier performance and compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Lead and drive improvement and cost reduction initiatives related to the supply chain (VAVE, etc.).
  • Support supplier audits with the QA department as required.
  • Assess supply chain risks and develop strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Buyer, Procurement or Sourcing position within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated technical background, with the ability to read, understand, and explain drawings and specifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, fast learner, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Able to travel with own vehicle; valid driving license required.
  • Knowledge of BOI import/export procedures is an advantage.
