Our client is a leading food manufacturing company in Chachoengsao. They are seeking an HR Specialist to support end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, HRIS maintenance, employee data management, and HR reporting. This role will play a key role in ensuring accurate, confidential, and efficient HR services while partnering closely with employees, managers, finance, and external service providers.

Working hours: Monday-Friday Working Schedule (08:30 - 17:30)

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer preparation, and hiring progress tracking.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes, including document verification, employment contracts, orientation programs, fingerprint registration, uniforms, PPE arrangements, and employee record creation.
  • Prepare, validate, and reconcile payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, benefits, deductions, and employee master data changes.
  • Administer employee benefits and welfare programs, maintain enrollment records, process claims and changes, and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies.
  • Maintain and update employee information in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy of compensation, benefits, attendance, organizational structure, and employment records.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including new hires, probation confirmations, transfers, contract amendments, employee separations, and related HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, certificates, employee ID cards, employment letters, and other personnel-related documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, company policies, and HR procedures while escalating complex issues when appropriate.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, recruitment, attendance, payroll, and benefits using Excel and HR systems.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, audits, and regular data-quality checks to ensure HR information remains accurate, reliable, and confidential.
  • Coordinate Welfare Committee activities, maintain meeting records, and support the implementation of employee welfare and well-being initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement programs, internal activities, recognition programs, surveys, communications, and other HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on HR projects, process improvements, audits, compliance activities, and continuous enhancement of HR operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Recruitment, or Employee Data Management.
  • Practical knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, overtime calculation, leave administration, employee benefits, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, time-attendance systems, or employee databases.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of Thai and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring payroll and HR deadlines.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
