Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage HR operations in Thailand, partnering closely with the local management team to support business goals, and working collaboratively with HR Director, Asia on policy alignment and HR project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HRBP support, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Projects.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Refine HR policies, processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build and implement talent development plans, conduct talent reviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across platforms; partner with universities and external bodies to support internship and early talent programs.
- Identify training needs with senior management, manage mandatory and functional training programs (digital & in-person).
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives, manage the performance appraisal cycle (goal setting, reviews, feedback), and ensure proper handling of employee relations issues.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize HR processes and enhance the employee journey. Develop clear guidelines and documentation to standardize HR practices.
- Lead and support key HR initiatives that strengthen organizational development and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop short- and long-term manpower plans and workload forecasts to support business growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ HR experience with strong exposure in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
- Solid knowledge across all HR modules and strong understanding of local labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels, highly organized, results-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with integrity. Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
