You will:
- Provide leadership and oversee all HR requirements from strategic to operational aspects
- Be the HR Business Partner to the MD for Thailand and all in-country Department Heads and participate in all business discussions and decisions providing thought leadership and value-adding ideas to ensure robustness of decisions
- Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet top management information needs.
- Analyze, maintain and communicate records required by law or local governing bodies.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
- Coordinate with various functions for manpower planning
- Employee Engagement and Grievance Handling
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and attrition.
- Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Complete all necessary information for reporting to JH headquarters
- Coordinate with JH AG HR colleagues for global initiatives & HR reporting Monthly.
- Solid HR experience including some time leading a small HR team
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience with standard office software
