They are looking for a new Head of HR for their Thailand operations based in Bangna. What will you do?

You will develop policy, direct and coordinate human resources activities such as :

  • Recruitment
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Performance Management & Appraisal
  • Training & Development
  • Employee Engagement
  • Compliance to legal requirements
  • Facility management
  • Operational health, safety and environment.
 

You will:

 

  • Provide leadership and oversee all HR requirements from strategic to operational aspects
  • Be the HR Business Partner to the MD for Thailand and all in-country Department Heads and participate in all business discussions and decisions providing thought leadership and value-adding ideas to ensure robustness of decisions
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet top management information needs.
  • Analyze, maintain and communicate records required by law or local governing bodies.
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
  • Coordinate with various functions for manpower planning
  • Employee Engagement and Grievance Handling
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and attrition.
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Complete all necessary information for reporting to JH headquarters
  • Coordinate with JH AG HR colleagues for global initiatives & HR reporting Monthly.
You should bring:

  • Solid HR experience including some time leading a small HR team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience with standard office software
