The company is seeking a Finance Manager in Thailand to lead all core financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial insight to support continued regional growth.

This role holds full ownership of profit and loss, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting. The Finance Manager will work closely with regional and local leadership to strengthen financial controls, improve processes, and provide data-driven insights for business decisions. In addition to finance responsibilities, the role will also oversee selected HR operations, requiring a commercially minded and hands-on leader experienced in an international, multi-country environment.

Max Budget: 250,000 THB/Month

Responsibilities

  • Oversee profit & loss, balance sheet accuracy, and country-level financial reporting
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, planning, and fund transfers
  • Review reconciliations, billings, receivables, and debtor management
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, with analysis of revenue, costs, and trends
  • Deliver timely reports and insights to support management decisions
  • Maintain and improve accounting systems, controls, and processes
  • Coordinate audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure statutory compliance
  • Guide and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives
Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  • 7 years’ finance or controlling experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong skills in financial reporting, cash flow, and budgeting
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
  • Solid understanding of compliance and statutory requirements
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English; Thai language is needed

Facility & Maintenance Administrator
Our client is a premier provider of high-quality aircraft containers, serving the diverse needs of airlines globally. We are looking for a proactive Facility and Maintenance Administrator to support the efficiency and reliability of our maintenance operations. In this role, you’ll manage warehouse inventory, maintain documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, safe, and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain routine maintenance documentation on a monthly basis
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain preventive maintenance documentation on a weekly basis
  • Manage maintenance warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records in LN
  • Monitor and control spare parts stock levels and value and manage reordering as required
  • Conduct quarterly and annual warehouse stock balance checks
  • Maintain 5S and safety standards in the maintenance warehouse

They are currently seeking a dynamic Sourcing and Supplier Development Assistant Manager to join their team and lead supplier strategy and cost optimization initiatives. This role focuses on developing new suppliers, managing RFQs and resourcing projects, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process from PO issuance to first delivery approval.

The position plays a critical role in driving cost-saving programs, strengthening supplier performance, and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support business growth.

  • Strong price negotiation skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)

  • Familiar with PPAP, FAI, AS standards, or ISO 9001
