We are looking for a proactive and solution-focused IS Specialist to drive the performance and reliability of our business systems. In this role, you’ll manage system configurations, support evolving business needs, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure IS solutions comply with corporate architecture standards.
• Design, implement, test, and document ERP and business applications.
• Provide daily application support through Service Desk in line with SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
• Lead application updates, UAT coordination, testing, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain scripts for data loading, extraction, validation, and transformation.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions across Thailand, the Netherlands, and the USA.
• Ensure overall performance of business applications and IS compliance.
• Contribute to project planning and execution for approved initiatives.
• Develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Maintain organized department records in archiving system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in IS/IT, including at least 5 years in a similar role
• Experience with ERP consulting firms or leading ERP vendors is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Baan / Infor LN, SAP, or Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with business applications such as engineering tools, CRM, customer portals, or HRM is an advantage
• Proficient in developing and maintaining Excel Macros (VBA) or Power Automate for automation and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, generate insightful reports, and present actionable recommendations
• Good command of English
