Our client is A growing international freight forwarding company with a growing presence in the region, is expanding its Thailand operations due to increased client onboarding and shipment volumes. 

They are seeking a Customer Service Export to manage end-to-end ocean export shipments. This role involves close coordination with local customers and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle ocean export operations, from booking through to shipment completion
  • Receive shipment instructions from customers or overseas offices and arrange bookings with carriers
  • Prepare and send booking confirmations for validation prior to release
  • Coordinate with customers on container schedules, pick-up/return timelines, and shipment requirements
  • Liaise with carriers, trucking providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Arrange additional services including trucking, loading, fumigation, and documentation based on Incoterms
  • Support documentation processes and ensure timely submission
  • Proactively resolve operational issues, delays, and customer requests
  • Ensure accurate job costing, documentation completion, and timely job closure
Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in freight forwarding (Customer Service or Operations, with ocean export preferred)
  • Strong understanding of export processes, shipping documentation, and Incoterms
  • Experience with freight forwarding systems is preferred
  • Good English communication skills for coordination with regional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment

Role Overview

The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the Thailand commercial organisation and driving

performance across a multi-channel sales model, including direct sales, partners, and dealer

networks.

This role owns total sales performance, including revenue, order intake, and margin, while ensuring

disciplined execution across the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to deal closure and

delivery.

The position requires a hands-on leader who can drive strategic growth, enforce commercial

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Commercial Ownership

• Deliver revenue, order intake, and gross margin targets across all channels

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B industrial or technical sales

• At least 3 years in a sales leadership role

• Proven track record in delivering revenue and margin targets

• Experience in managing multi-channel sales (direct partners/dealers)

• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and margin management

• Ability to manage complex, project-based sales cycles

• Data-driven approach to sales management (CRM, forecasting, KPIs)

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capability

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong command of Thai and English

• Willingness to travel for customer and partner engagement

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key business partner to senior management, the Financial Controller will provide valuable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance overall business performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
  • Maintain BOM and perform material cost calculations to ensure accurate product costing.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and governance requirements
  • Support business strategy through financial analysis and performance evaluation
  • Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors
  • Develop and manage the finance team while improving processes and systems

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is preferred
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a Financial Controller or senior finance role
  • Experience in retail, services, or consumer manufacturing industries would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in AX Dynamic system and Excel
