About the Company: Our client is a growing pet food manufacturer with strong ambitions to expand its international presence across key global markets. The company is seeking an experienced Export Sales Director to drive overseas business growth, strengthen distributor networks, and develop long-term commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall export sales strategy for international markets
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts globally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and business partners
- Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned regions
- Develop pricing, commercial strategy, and sales forecasts aligned with company targets
- Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support customer requirements and new product launches
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities
- Manage contract negotiations and export-related commercial activities
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits
- Lead and develop the export sales team to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales leadership within Pet Food, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries
- Strong international business development and distributor management experience
- Good understanding of export processes and international trade regulations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Good command of English
- Able to travel overseas as required
- Experience in pet food or animal nutrition industry
- Existing network with international distributors or retail channels
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset
