Cost Controller

Our client is a leading global Electronics Manufacturing Services provider serving highly complex and regulated industries. They are seeking a Test Engineering Manager to take ownership of and grow the site’s test engineering function.
This role combines hands-on test expertise with people leadership, covering NPI support, production test strategy, yield improvement, and team development across a growing and technically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the test engineering team supporting NPI and production across multiple customers
• Own test strategy, coverage, and yield improvement for complex, high-value assemblies
• Oversee development and sustaining of test platforms including ICT, functional test, boundary scan, and system test
• Support new product introduction including test development, fixtures, and validation
• Interface with customers on test requirements, failure analysis, and quality issues
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers to build team capability and bench strength

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
• Extensive test engineering experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing, including team leadership
• Hands-on expertise in ICT, functional test, and test development for complex PCBAs and box builds
• Strong failure analysis and root cause problem-solving skills
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical, aerospace, or industrial is preferred
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Strong English communication skills

Our client is a leading global logistics company expanding its warehouse and logistics solutions business across Thailand and Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of large multinational accounts, driving commercial performance across air, ocean, cross-border transportation, and contract logistics. This role requires a proactive, commercially driven professional who can balance account retention with active business development and cross-selling across the company’s service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of large multinational key accounts across freight forwarding and logistics services
• Lead RFQs, tenders, business reviews, and customer development activities for assigned accounts
• Actively identify new opportunities, cross-sell services, and grow share of wallet within existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Work closely with operations, pricing, product, and overseas teams to deliver competitive and reliable solutions
• Monitor account profitability and take corrective action where margins are under pressure
• Identify risks proactively and resolve issues before they escalate

Requirements

• Solid experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development within freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of Air, Ocean, and Cross-Border Transportation; exposure to Contract Logistics is an advantage
• Experience managing large multinational accounts including RFQs, tenders, and business reviews
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow business whilst managing profitability
• Good communication and negotiation skills with experience working across departments and international networks
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine hunting spirit and ownership mentality
• Resilient and able to handle pressure and demanding clients without losing momentum
• Strong team player who understands that KAM success depends on cross-functional collaboration
