Our client is a global logistics company that serves a wide range of industries along the entire supply chain with multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.

They are looking for a Consol Export Officer to manage end-to-end export airfreight consolidation operations from terminal entry to airline submission, arrange customs permits and Air Waybill tag labels, prepare shipment plans, and working closely with internal teams, cargo agents, and airlines, handle Air Waybill documentation, system data submission, terminal charges, and support issue resolution related to space and ground handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Loader, shipping with arrange Customs Permit and Air Waybill Tag label for trucks to enter the Terminal
  • Prepare plan of shipment, Form of weighting request (to export terminal) and bring to loader officer
  • Contact cargo nominated agents to pick up tag label and return weight slip, customs permit, and document attached pouch to consignees
  • Submit DG data sheet to Airlines for approval
  • Closing Air Waybill and check correct data after receiving weight slip
  • Prepare and print out Air Waybill and Manifest & Submit consol pouch to airline
  • Submit FHL/FWB in TMS-own stock (and complete data to service provider, TIFFA-master loader and GSA) and Send EDI to destination office by TMS
  • Complete payment of terminal charge
  • Close communicate with gateway coordinator for irregular case of space and terminal's ground handling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field related
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Airfreight Export operations
  • Able to operate under pressure and integrity
  • Be familiar with computer software programs eg Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Can read and understand English
  • Be a Team player and have good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation
