Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services. They are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee operations for a major property in Bangkok.

Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services. They are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee operations for a major property in Bangkok.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all building operations and maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors (security, cleaning, transport, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and assign work to the building team and monitor performance
- Handle complaints and ensure quick, effective solutions
- Manage budgets, expenses, and procurement
- Oversee improvement projects and review quotations or supplier comparisons
- Conduct weekly and monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with the Client and related departments
- Lead emergency plans and ensure safety compliance
- Supervise and evaluate team performance to meet company standards
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in building management, with 5 years in a managerial role (high-rise or large buildings)
- Able to read and interpret building and construction drawings
- Proficient in AutoCAD and general office software
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building systems, and construction standards
- Good leadership, planning, and project management skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills; team-oriented
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Service-minded, professional, and responsible
- Must be reachable during emergencies
