They are looking for a Billing Officer to oversee overall billing and documentation processes within logistics operations. The role ensures accurate invoicing, credit note preparation, and timely job closure while monitoring shipment milestones and system updates. Responsibilities include handling quotations, resolving billing issues, preparing reports, maintaining proper filing per SOP, and coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Create Job task when received pre-alert from Customs clearance / Customer / other freight forwarder
  • Follow up and create milestone of shipment into the TMS
  • Accrue AR and AP in system and processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Request and keep quotation from account owner /Sales support/KAC
  • Issue invoice as per quotation (able to do a credit note) and send draft to check if customer/ other freight forwarder is required
  • Scan billing set and send email to customer if required
  • Prepare documents for billing set and hand over to Accounting Officer
  • Find out the solution for any concern about unable billing and follow up the original receipt related billing set, notice to another team that involve when found the credit limited
  • Summary report and send to customer (if required)
  • Closed job when completed task
  • Follow up E- Files as SOP (include job report) and achieve documents (for keep in Storage W/H)
  • Reach KPI target of customer request and team
  • Reports operational problems and complaints to customs clearance manager
Requirements:
  • At least 0-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding business
  • Minimum requirement of Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related fields
  • Can read and understand English
  • Able to operate under pressure and able to prioritize work
  • Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Be a Team player and have good teamwork skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and good service mind

Assistant Accounting Manager (Manufacturing)
Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Accounting Manager (Accounts Payable) to join their Accounting & Finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of financial transactions. The successful candidate will play a key part in month-end closing activities, including cost closing, inventory valuation, tax compliance, and fixed asset control, while also supporting internal controls, audit requirements, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Management

  • Oversee and review AP transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice verification, posting, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
  • Prepare AP aging reports and monitor payment schedules in line with supplier credit terms and cash flow planning
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of the Trial Balance related to AP, accruals, inventory, and other assigned accounts
  • Perform month-end closing activities, ensuring accrued expenses and prepaid adjustments are recorded by the team
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure Trial Balance integrity prior to closing, and support the closing timeline for timely, accurate financial reporting
Cost Closing & Inventory Accounting (Manufacturing Focus)

  • Ensure supplier invoices and expenses are accurately recorded and aligned with production and inventory movements, including reviewing landed cost allocation (import expenses) and inventory valuation
  • Review inventory movements in coordination with Production and Warehouse teams
  • Calculate and review impairment allowance for inventory deterioration based on aging analysis, slow-moving items, and usage trends
  • Ensure proper Net Realizable Value (NRV) of inventory is reflected in financial statements
Tax Compliance & Reporting

  • Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of tax reports, including VAT (PP.30, PP.36) and Withholding Tax (PND.3, PND.53, PND.54)
  • Reconcile tax reports with accounting records to ensure consistency and accuracy prior to submission
Internal Control & Coordination

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to resolve discrepancies related to purchases and inventory
  • Strengthen internal controls and improve AP and closing processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Support internal and external audits
Team Management

  • Supervise, coach, and develop AP team members to enhance performance and capability
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and deadlines
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Solid experience in Accounts Payable and month-end closing, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax) and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and landed cost allocation is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team

They are currently seeking a BIM Modeler to join their engineering team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models and technical drawings in Civil, Structural, or Electrical disciplines to support engineering design and project delivery.
