Our client is a global provider of high-quality cleaning and hygiene services for various industries. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage existing and new customer accounts, mainly hospitality industry clients based on Phuket area.

Responsibilities:

  • Align detailed account strategies with field sales to deliver customer value, drive profitable sales, and set us apart from competitors
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure our products and services meet customer expectations
  • Cultivate and enhance positive, long-term business relationships with customers
  • Develop and monitor budgets and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for assigned accounts that align with global guidelines
  • Act as a liaison between field representatives, managers, and regional marketing team; ensure the efficient execution of planned activities
  • Analyse and forecast market trends to develop innovative solutions that add value to customers’ business
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create unique and differentiated offerings

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in science, engineering, or business
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specialising in chemicals; experience in hospitality with equipment and operations is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Strong time management & organisational abilities; able to multitask and adapt to changing demands
  • Proactive and results-driven, willing to take risks and collaborate with business leaders
  • A high level of drive and urgency, coupled with a positive outlook
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues and implement corrective actions
  • Demonstrated analytical skills; able to interpret and utilise data and strategic tools to enhance sales, achieve goals, identify opportunities, and exceed customer expectations
  • Proven sales skills or training in consultative sales techniques
  • Able to work independently while thriving in a cooperative work environment
  • Capable of training clients' employees on product use and safety
