Our Client is a leading Global Company in the Agri Sector with offices across the Global and Headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand. They are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to develop, drive and executive Talent Strategies for the group across multiple countries. You should have solid experience building strong organizational capability in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and L&D. Ideally you will have an HR Generalist background with Regional / Global exposure. Responsibilities:

  • Directs the talent acquisition (TA) strategy to effectively hire and onboard the right talents ; assesses new and emerging tools and trends available in the market which can be implemented in EWS to help improve the efficiency of our TA processes
  • Provides training , coaching and guidance to the hr business partners to support the effective talent acquisition
  • Establish and drive the workforce planning process to ensure that talent requirements of the business in the mid to long-term horizon are supported proactively
  • Drives the planning and development of the talent management strategy looking at the current talent landscape at EWS, the long-term business direction and the needs of the organisation
  • Leads the implementation of talent review and succession planning process: oversees the identification, assessment, and calibration process of talents across countries and global functions; ensures that succession plans and individual development plans (IDPs) of talents meet the quality standards (clarity, reasonableness, etc) ; monitors the implementation of agreed talent actions
  • Works closely with the chief people officer in planning , developing and executing the leadership and executive development programs and initiatives
  • Develops and implements the overall learning and development (L&D) strategy of EWS that will help address the identified capability gaps of the organization.
  • Identifies and recommends L&D tools and resources that will improve the overall learning experience of employees
  • Manages the smooth implementation of the performance management system following its established cycle and provides recommendations on how to improve the design and process to make it more relevant and effective for EWS
  • Build, develops and manages the performance of his/her direct reports; provides clear direction and guidance on work priorities ; assesses their performance on regular basis and provides feedback and coaching; identifies opportunities to keep them engaged and inspired to deliver their best and succeed
  • Plans and prepares operating budget based on the approved business plans ; monitors budget spend and variances; ensures that budget is efficiently utilized and fully optimised
  • Anticipates data analytics requirements of the company that need to be regularly provided for analysis and decision-making; conceptualizes how data should be presented to make it insightful and prepares these data analytics reports in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • University degree, a postgraduate degree is an advantage
  • Wide and extensive experience for 7-10 years in organization and capability building i.e., talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, performance management
  • Previous experience as HR generalist ; global experience in a similar role of 3-5 years
  • Experience gained preferably from working in a matrixed/international organization in the FMCG, Life Sciences industries with commercial, manufacturing and R&D operations
