Our client is a global logistics company that serves a wide range of industries along the entire supply chain with multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.

They are looking for a Time Critical Officer to handle operational inquiries, provide rate quotations for urgent airfreight shipments, and update customers on shipment milestones. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery, arranging flight bookings for NFO and hand carry shipments, managing pre-alert communications, performing shipment data entry, and issuing AR/AP while monitoring and closing job files.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend and reply to general operational inquiries by sales/agent customer within the required timeline
  • Quote rate for Time Critical Airfreight shipments to sales/agent customer
  • Provide shipment milestone updates to customer/agent customer
  • Coordinate with all internal and external parties to ensure shipment is delivered/picked up as planned, i.e. Customs team (import&export), Airfreight Export team, Airlines, Trucking Company etc.
  • Flight booking for NFO (after office hour/holiday) and On-Board Couriers (Hand Carry shipment)
  • Receiving and emailing Pre-alerts from/to overseas offices and agents
  • General data entry of shipment information
  • Issue AR/AP and monitor and ensure that all job files are closed
Requirements:
  • University graduate in International Business or logistics
  • 3 years' experience handling Time critical shipments or Airfreight Imp/Exp
  • Have a good service mind and able to operate under pressure
  • Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent command of English and Thai both spoken and written
  • Shift work including weekend and holiday work required (Day & Night shift)
  • Capable of handling and dealing with people at different levels
  • Display flexibility and can motivate people for excellent results, able to multi-task

Requirements;

•    Strong presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
