Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales activities across assigned territories, including purchase, distribution, inventory control, and product freshness management.

  • Support the implementation of channel promotion strategies and sales initiatives, ensuring strong market execution.

  • Analyse retail and distributor performance, gather market intelligence, and maintain accurate channel data.

  • Implement company policies, promotional campaigns, and marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the market.

  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, including business negotiations, pricing management, and market order control.

  • Manage payment collection, after-sales service, complaint handling, and reporting of significant market developments.

Requirements
  • College degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluent Chinese and Thai communication skills required; candidates able to use English as a working language are preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 1 year of sales management or channel development experience in Thailand.

  • Proven ability to develop traditional and modern trade channels and build multi-channel sales networks.

  • Strong customer relationship management, negotiation skills, and teamwork capabilities.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, and capital plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and other statutory reports.

  • Manage company funds, optimise capital utilisation, and analyse cost structures to improve financial efficiency.

  • Produce regular financial analysis and reporting to support management with forecasting, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making.

  • Lead and develop the finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

  • Establish and strengthen internal financial control systems and ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or a Thai accounting qualification is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation regulations, and foreign exchange policies.

  • Ability to independently manage local tax filings in Thailand, including corporate income tax and VAT.

  • Language requirements: Fluent Chinese for internal communication and strong English proficiency for cross-border collaboration.
