Our client is a global logistics company in search of a Supply Chain Solution & Implementation Manager to lead consulting and solution design initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and distribution. This role is responsible for working closely with prospective and existing clients to analyse supply chain challenges, design tailored end-to-end logistics solutions, and drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and perform in-depth analysis to understand customer’s supply chain requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvements within the customer’s supply chain through for example data analytics, field research, or process mapping.
  • Design customized solutions to optimize logistics, inventory, and distribution.
  • Provide expert guidance on transportation (air, ocean, road) and warehousing options, as well as sustainability or digitalization related improvements. 
  • Approach potential or existing customers and present optimization potentials based on the company’s service portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Track project progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet client objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain consulting within freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing, as well as knowledge about industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes and translate them into innovative solutions. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks utilizing strong time management skills.
  • Excellent command of Thai and English, both spoken and written.
