Our client, a leading global provider of advanced food processing and industrial engineering solutions, They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Leybold Optics and Diecasting Business across the Thai market 

This role will manage sales activities across the optics and high-pressure die casting industries within the mobility and consumer segments. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, leading sales teams and agents, and executing strategic plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Thailand. 
• Adapt strong application and process understanding to act as subject matter expert. 
• Collaborate with a team of sales professionals with market and segment specific expertise and support. 
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. 
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements within target profitability. 
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, using CRM systems to keep track of customer engagements and sales progress. 
• Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. 
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads. 
• Act as the face of the company and provide exemplary customer service. 

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. 
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the Southeast Asian market. 
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. 
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Fluent in English; fluency in one or more Southeast Asian languages is a plus. 
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. 
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. 
• Strong business sense and industry expertise. 
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. 
• Willingness to travel as needed up to 50%

  • Empower and support agency sales representatives during client visits to help close orders
  • Align distributor activities with the company's commercial strategy and brand standards
Technical Sales & Customer Enablement

  • Propose constructive, tailored solutions based on customer needs and clinical workflows
  • Penetrate new accounts through consultative selling and product education
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Degree in dentistry, medicine, nursing, dental technology, or a related field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales of dental medical devices or services
  • Technical: Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows and 3D printing applications in the dental/medical sector
  • Leadership: Ability to independently develop new clients; strong coordination skills with distributors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Certifications: Relevant dental or medical device training an advantage
  • Industry: Dental medical devices; digital dentistry; 3D printing in healthcare
  • Languages: Fluent Thai (native); fluent English as a working language; Mandarin an advantage
Food Operations Manager
Our client is a growing food manufacturing and export company specialising in high-end confectionery and food decoration solutions (sugar, marshmallow, and chocolate decorations) for international markets. It operates two sites in Thailand: an R&D centre and production facility in Pattaya and Korat.

Reporting to the General Manager and acting as their direct deputy, the Operations Manager is the company’s second-in-command, leading all manufacturing and operational activities across both sites, with the Korat factory overseen through its Branch Manager. The role drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, food safety compliance, cost competitiveness and organisational development, and suits a strong, autonomous leader with solid food manufacturing and multi-site management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all operational activities across the Pattaya and Korat sites, managing the Korat Branch Manager and all teams to achieve production, quality, service, cost and profitability objectives.
  • Establish, monitor and report operational KPIs; drive operational excellence, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets; monitor manufacturing costs and lead cost reduction initiatives.
  • Oversee production planning, forecasting, capacity management and inventory of raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Administration and QA/QC to ensure customer satisfaction, and improve Standard Operating Processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SHE, food safety and quality standards, maintaining traceability and regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, SMETA, Halal, Kosher) across sites.
  • Lead CAPEX projects, factory upgrades and digitalisation initiatives; oversee maintenance, utilities, warehouse and facilities.
  • Develop people through coaching, succession planning and engagement; support business growth, new product industrialisation and future factory expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences, Food/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field; Master’s or MBA an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–10 years in food manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior operations management; multi-site exposure highly appreciated.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, budgeting, cost control and continuous improvement; solid grasp of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, GFSI, SMETA, Halal, Kosher).
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills; autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented, thriving in a small, agile and demanding environment.

Air Export Customer Service
Our client is a global logistics company that serves a wide range of industries along the entire supply chain with multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.

They are looking for Customer Solution (Air Export) to manage export bookings, coordinate airline space with co-loaders, prepare shipping documentation, update clients on shipment status, and ensure accurate booking data. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining shipment records, and supporting smooth export operations in accordance with SOPs.

Responsibilities
  • Contact the clients when they have Air Freight Export booking both prepaid basis and routing order (nominated by consignee)
  • Prepare booking for airline space with co-loader and prepare all related documents for shipping staff and trucking section at the Suvarnabhumi Office
  • Advise shipment movement to clients after getting results from co-loader
  • Create Booking in RA1 for correct data
  • Send Booking confirmation and flight details to clients
  • Transfer data with all documents to Shipment coordinator for continue process
  • Keep E-file as per SOP
Requirements
  • University graduate in any fields
  • Experience in Airfreight at least 1 year
  • Have a good service mind and able to operate under pressure
  • Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Can communicate English and Thai both spoken and written
  • Capable of handling and dealing with different level people
