Key Responsibilities

Transportation Strategy & Commercial Support
  • Support RFQ, RFP, tender, and bidding activities for domestic and cross-border transportation projects.
  • Design transportation solutions including route planning, fleet selection, service models, lead times, and subcontractor structures.
  • Develop transport cost models, rate benchmarks, make-or-buy analyses, and margin simulations.
  • Evaluate operational feasibility and identify risks within proposed logistics solutions.
Vendor & Procurement Management
  • Build and maintain a strong network of transportation vendors and subcontractors.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring service quality and capacity availability.
  • Develop backup and contingency solutions to support business continuity.
Project Implementation & Operations
  • Lead transportation implementation projects following contract award.
  • Establish SOPs, onboard vendors, coordinate route trials, and define KPIs.
  • Manage escalation processes and support operational stabilization during go-live phases.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement and optimize Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, consulting, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border trucking operations.
  • Experience working within a 3PL logistics environment and managing teams.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, GPS tracking, and TMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.

  • Experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure, industrial, or high-rise building projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD, ETABS, or related tools.
  • Familiarity with local authority requirements and construction regulations.
