Our client is a global science and technology company specializing in pet food palatability solutions. The business develops and manufactures liquid and dry palatability enhancers that help pet food manufacturers improve the taste and acceptance of dog and cat foods, treats, and supplements.
 
With operations across North America, Europe, Latin America, Australia, China, and other key markets, the company is continuing to expand its presence in Asia Pacific. As part of this growth, it is establishing a new facility in Thailand, including local laboratory and R&D capabilities to support customers across the region.
 
About the Role
The Product Development Technician, APAC will join the regional Science & Technology / R&D team and support product development, laboratory testing, sample preparation, and customer validation activities.  This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Food Science or related graduate to gain hands-on R&D experience within an international organization while helping establish laboratory operations in Thailand.  The position works closely with regional and global R&D colleagues and reports to the Manager of Product & Process Sciences EU & APAC, based in the Netherlands.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare laboratory-scale formulations, blends, and product samples for internal and customer testing.
  • Prepare coated kibble and wet pet food samples for palatability studies.
  • Support shelf-life studies, sensory testing, and product development projects.
  • Conduct routine laboratory analyses including color, moisture, bulk density, sieve analysis, and Micro-NIR testing.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration and servicing.
  • Coordinate external laboratory testing when required.
  • Manage R&D samples, raw materials, retained samples, consumables, and laboratory inventory.
  • Coordinate domestic and international sample shipments, including relevant import/export documentation.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, testing results, and sample traceability.
  • Support the development of laboratory Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, safety, and quality standards.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Animal Science, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • 0–3 years' laboratory or R&D experience within food, chemical, pet food, or a related environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • High attention to detail with good analytical and documentation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
ATE Test Program Development
  • Develop, debug, and optimize test programs for Teradyne UltraFLEX and/or Advantest V93K platforms using C/C++ and Python
  • Perform silicon bring-up on first silicon, powering on new devices, validating basic functionality, and feeding results back to design
  • Execute device characterization across voltage, temperature, and frequency corners to define production test limits and datasheet specifications
  • Develop and maintain test program documentation including test plans, flow diagrams, and test specifications
Yield Analysis & Production Support
  • Analyze yield data to identify failure trends, distinguish test-related from design/process-related issues, and drive yield improvement initiatives
  • Support production test release, ensuring programs run reliably at volume with target cycle times and coverage
  • Debug test failures at bench and tester level, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Monitor and improve test program efficiency including test time reduction, site count optimization, and cost-of-test initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Design Engineering to translate device specifications into testable parameters and resolve silicon vs. test ambiguities
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and production ramp
  • Interface with global test engineering teams across multiple sites to align test methodologies and share best practices
  • Support quality and reliability engineering with test data, failure analysis, and guard-band optimization
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: 3–10+ years in semiconductor test development (P3: 3–5 years; P4: 6–10+ years)

The candidate will be reporting to the Financial Accountant, Senior Accountant keeps the Thailand finance function running accurately and on time. The role owns day-to-day transactional accounting, accounts payable and receivable, multi-currency bank reconciliations and expense claims and supports WHT and VAT compliance, month-end close and year-end audit. It sits at the centre of a regional structure, working with commercial teams across APAC and with external auditors, banks and tax advisors, and suits a detail-driven finance professional looking for multinational exposure alongside Thai statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier and creditor invoices accurately and to deadline, applying correct WHT and VAT treatment.
  • Prepare monthly vendor statement reconciliations and execute the payment run.
  • Prepare and process sales/commercial invoices in the ERP and apply all customer receipts.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations across all currency accounts.
  • Verify and process cash claims, travel claims and business expense reimbursements.
