On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of plant-based meat alternatives, JacksonGrant is seeking a Plant Director to take ownership of overall plant operations at their Ayutthaya facility. The business combines advanced, UK-developed technology with world-class manufacturing to produce premium, sustainable food products for domestic and international markets, and is entering a period of continued growth. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening procurement and supply chain performance, and ensuring the plant consistently meets its business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production plans against sales forecasts, customer orders and available capacity, while optimising end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Lead sourcing, purchasing and supplier management for direct and indirect materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms and commercial agreements with suppliers.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery and compliance with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and business partners.
  • Ensure all procurement activity complies with company policy, ethical standards and applicable regulation.
  • Monitor market trends, material pricing, supply risk and industry developments.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Finance and Engineering to support operational requirements.
  • Own procurement budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures and internal controls.
  • Lead, coach and develop the procurement team through training and performance management.
  • Support new product development by sourcing alternative materials and qualified suppliers.
  • Manage procurement-related audits and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement across procurement processes.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
  • 10 to 15 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management, including at least 5 years at senior management or director level.
  • Strong experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
  • Background in manufacturing, frozen food, food, FMCG or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems, with experience leveraging or integrating AI tools.

Supply Chain & Planning Manager (80K – 120K) Base in Ayutthaya plant

Job responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent shortages and overstock.
  • Ensure production plans align with customer delivery requirements while maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production schedules accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Optimize inventory turnover and minimize waste, obsolete stock, and expired materials.

Master and MRP Planner
Our client, a well-established company in the agriculture and seed production sector, is looking for a Master & MRP Planner to lead end-to-end production planning across the seed processing operation, ensuring the timely availability of finished goods for both domestic and export markets.
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute production plans, monitor supply readiness, and proactively resolve constraints to meet customer demand and business objectives. The role also owns Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for packaging materials, including raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs), ensuring packaging availability to support production, and optimizing inventory levels across both local and export operations while maintaining agreed service levels and inventory targets.

Responsibilities
Local Plan (Made to Stock / Made to Order)
  • Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for Finished Goods (FGs), ensuring alignment with FG Min-Max inventory levels, customer requirements, and domestic sales demand
  • Plan and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for packaging materials to support production continuity
  • Raise PRs for packaging materials and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely procurement
  • Monitor and maintain Finished Goods and packaging inventory within defined Min-Max stock levels while optimizing inventory performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Demand Planner to review demand changes and adjust production plans accordingly
  • Coordinate with the Country Supply Planner to align seed incoming plans with production requirements
  • Lead weekly operations meetings with the plant and cross-functional teams to review production status, resolve constraints, and ensure on-time execution
  • Lead weekly meetings with the Sales team to communicate packing plans, align priorities, and evaluate additional business requirements beyond the standard plan
  • Consolidate, finalize, and communicate weekly confirmed packing plans to all relevant stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed targets for FG Min-Max inventory performance, OTIF, packaging Day-on-Hand (DOH), and overall supply chain efficiency while enhancing customer service and working capital performance
Export Plan (Made to Order)
  • Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for Finished Goods (FGs) to fulfill export customer orders, including intercompany requirements, ensuring on-time delivery and order fulfillment
  • Plan and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for packaging materials to support export production schedules
  • Raise PRs for packaging materials and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely procurement
  • Monitor and maintain common packaging inventory within defined Min-Max stock levels while optimizing inventory utilization
  • Lead weekly operations meetings with the Plant and cross-functional teams to review production status, resolve constraints, and ensure timely execution of packing plans, including support for urgent requests beyond the confirmed order plan
  • Consolidate, finalize, and communicate weekly confirmed packing plans to all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the international trade team to support new product introductions, ensuring supply readiness and smooth execution

Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or similar roles within the agriculture, FMCG, or consumer goods industry
  • Strong understanding of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and its application in supply chain planning
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
