Senior Farm Operations Associate

The Sr. Farm Operations Associate is responsible to ensure best performance and highest standards of farm operations that contribute to the success of research activities as planned. He/she must conduct daily inspection to ensure progress of work per schedule, work standard, cleanliness of facilities, safety practice and no workplace hazards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage fields for trials as a crop plan.

High caliber in plant physiology, plant nutrients, chemical management and IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
Good knowledge of insects and plant diseases and their control.
Excellent command of English both verbal and written.
