They are seeking a Merchandiser to support the product development process by coordinating styles from initial tech pack release through to production launch and final shipment. Based in Bangkok, this role focuses on the daily execution of seasonal launches, ensuring fit tests and salesman samples are tracked and delivered in accordance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the development process based on the Seasonal Calendar, including tech pack handling, sample requests, and tracking base size and full size run approvals.
  • Monitor production and development milestones to ensure on-time delivery and shipment.
  • Maintain accurate status reports on development progress and escalate potential issues or delays to the Sourcing Manager.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding day-to-day status updates and adherence to the seasonal development calendar.
  • Assist in supply chain projects aimed at improving quality and reducing operational lead times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in textile or fashion merchandising, product development, or purchasing.
  • Familiarity with pre-production flows and production control processes.
  • Experience with PLM, SAP, or Browzwear is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Works effectively within a team environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily production health using SPC and real-time data tools; respond proactively to emerging issues.

  • Support optical and electrical testing, process audits, and real-time troubleshooting on the production line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Optical, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or related field); Master’s preferred.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in high-volume or precision manufacturing, preferably involving optics or laser-based technologies.
  • Strong understanding of optical metrology, electrical testing, SPC, GR&R, and measurement system analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with optical fiber systems, laser diodes, bonding processes, and vacuum soldering is highly valued.
  • Proficient in data analysis, structured problem-solving, and continuous process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings, basic tooling, and fixture design.
  • Effective communication skills in both Thai and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Senior Farm Operations Associate
The Sr. Farm Operations Associate is responsible to ensure best performance and highest standards of farm operations that contribute to the success of research activities as planned. He/she must conduct daily inspection to ensure progress of work per schedule, work standard, cleanliness of facilities, safety practice and no workplace hazards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage fields for trials as a crop plan.
  • Manage field & greenhouse operations.
  • Maintain and improve the operational condition of all fields and greenhouses.
  • Lead farm operation team to provide best support to research activities.
  • Ensure high performance and efficiency of the farm operation team.
  • Ensure quality/timeliness of other farm tasks.
  • Crop trial report weekly operational reports that highlight successes and areas of improvement with recommendation and solution for operational enhancements/problem solving.
  • Initiate and improvement vision on farming process to make sure the farm operations are performed efficiently
  • Ad-hoc projects or company events as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Soil Science, Plant Nutrient, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Agronomy, Horticulture (Crop Culturing) or related fields. (Ph.D. is a plus).
  • 3-5 years extensive experience in Crop Production / Agronomist.
  • Experience in Farm Management of a large scale will be advantageous.
  • Physically capable of handling the required field and greenhouse.
  • Good knowledge of farming practices including crop irrigation, fertilization and other horticultural practices.
  • High caliber in plant physiology, plant nutrients, chemical management and IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
  • Good knowledge of insects and plant diseases and their control.
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal skill with excellent leadership.
  • Computer literacy.
