We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for mechanical system design, engineering analysis, coordination, and technical support while working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical engineering design and calculations, particularly related to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for building projects.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, engineering calculations, specifications, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with structural, architectural, interior design, and other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.
  • Review contractor submissions, including shop drawings, material specifications, and technical proposals.
  • Provide technical support during construction, responding to engineering queries and clarifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure installations comply with design intent, technical standards, and project requirements.
  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and technical discussions with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Professional Engineering License (Thai PE License) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering design within a consultancy or building services environment.
  • Experience in projects such as commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, hospitality, factories, or high-rise buildings is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with familiarity in Revit or BIM tools.
  • Knowledge of engineering design software such as HAP, Dialux, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and international engineering standards.

Responsibilities
  • Produce construction drawings, details, schedules, and specifications directly from the Revit model
  • Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and facade disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
  • Ensure models and drawings comply with MDMI and client BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements
  • Support design development by translating architect sketches and concepts into accurate 3D models

Requirements
