Our client is a leading international engineering consultancy delivering multidisciplinary design services for major building and infrastructure projects.

They are currently seeking a BIM Modeler to join their engineering team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models and producing technical drawings to support engineering design and project delivery. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and BIM teams to ensure coordinated models and high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BIM models for sanitary, plumbing, and fire protection systems (e.g., water supply, drainage, sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel systems)
  • Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into accurate and constructible BIM models
  • Review and update models based on design changes, coordination feedback, and site conditions
  • Extract quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs from BIM models
  • Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and relevant codes (sanitary & fire protection)
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary clashes
  • Maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and proper file/version control
  • Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and modeling efficiency

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineeringor related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems, with strong exposure to sanitary and fire protection systems
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Navisworks or similar clash detection tools
  • Solid understanding of plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems design and coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and Level of Development (LOD)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Excellent coordination and teamwork skills across disciplines
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and resolve clashes
  • Good time management and ability to meet project deadlines
  • Experience in large-scale building projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use, or industrial)
  • Knowledge of international standards (e.g., NFPA) and local regulations for fire protection and sanitary systems
  • Experience with Dynamo, BIM automation, or parametric modeling
  • Prior experience in an engineering consultancy environment

Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
Our client is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to support the design and delivery of mechanical and electrical systems for a wide range of building projects. This role requires strong technical capability in building services engineering design and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electrical building systems design within a consultancy environment and be capable of managing multiple project responsibilities while maintaining high engineering and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Engineer
  • Design and develop mechanical building systems including HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems
  • Prepare design calculations, technical specifications, reports, and engineering documentation
  • Develop and review mechanical drawings, layouts, and BIM/Revit models
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
  • Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals from contractors
  • Support tender documentation and technical evaluations
