Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects

  • Familiarity with quantity take-off and cost estimation methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or cost estimation tools is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical

  • 3-5 years extensive experience in Crop Production / Agronomist.
  • Experience in Farm Management of a large scale will be advantageous.
  • Physically capable of handling the required field and greenhouse.
  • Good knowledge of farming practices including crop irrigation, fertilization and other horticultural practices.
  • High caliber in plant physiology, plant nutrients, chemical management and IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
  • Good knowledge of insects and plant diseases and their control.

(M&E Engineering) - BIM Modeler Sanitary&Fire Protection)
Our client is a leading international engineering consultancy delivering multidisciplinary design services for major building and infrastructure projects.

They are currently seeking a BIM Modeler to join their engineering team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models and producing technical drawings to support engineering design and project delivery. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and BIM teams to ensure coordinated models and high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain BIM models for sanitary, plumbing, and fire protection systems (e.g., water supply, drainage, sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel systems)
  • Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into accurate and constructible BIM models
  • Review and update models based on design changes, coordination feedback, and site conditions
  • Extract quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs from BIM models
