This role is responsible for end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, ensuring accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, competitive compensation structures, and efficient HR management system to support overall HR effectiveness and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle salary payments, tax, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with external tax advisors for global assignees
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee master data
- Prepare monthly headcount and HR reports
- Act as key user for HR systems (e.g., JurDialogue, internal platforms)
- Drive process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
- Design and review compensation structures and benefits programs
- Ensure competitiveness and compliance of C&B practices
- Administer leave, insurance, and provident fund processes
- Verify HR-related expenses and manage HR cost center items
- Oversee company uniforms and mobile phone packages
- Provide support for HR systems and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processes
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
