Acting as a key business partner to senior leadership, this role is responsible for driving people strategies, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across the business. Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Organization Development
  • Oversee recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and talent development
  • Strengthen employer branding and enhance candidate experience
  • Drive learning & development programs, including leadership and capability building
HR Operations & Governance
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are efficient and compliant with regulations
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Mitigate HR risks and ensure legal compliance across all HR activities
Administration & Cross-functional Support
  • Manage general administration and support functions
  • Oversee training centers, technical training, and related initiatives
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement
 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities
