Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and transformation plans
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality, value-driven HR services
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and people initiatives

Talent Management & Organization Development

  • Oversee recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and talent development
  • Strengthen employer branding and enhance candidate experience
  • Drive learning & development programs, including leadership and capability building

HR Operations & Governance

  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are efficient and compliant with regulations
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Mitigate HR risks and ensure legal compliance across all HR activities

Administration & Cross-functional Support

  • Manage general administration and support functions
  • Oversee training centers, technical training, and related initiatives

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Support

They are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Officer to manage project billing and invoicing processes.
