They are now seeking a Country Manager for Cambodia to lead and grow their national business. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for country strategy, business performance, and organisational development. Responsibilities: Strategy & Business Leadership

  • Define and execute the country strategy in alignment with the Group’s long-term vision and strategic direction.
  • Provide valuable market insights to contribute to regional and global strategy development.
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and risks, translating them into actionable business plans

Business Planning & Financial Management

  • Lead the development of annual and long-range business plans with clear financial and non-financial targets.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including budget planning, cost control, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, proactively managing risks and implementing corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Organization & People Leadership

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, aligned, and engaged leadership team.
  • Strengthen organizational capabilities to meet current and future business needs.
  • Develop robust succession plans and ensure continuity in leadership and critical roles.
  • Foster an open, inclusive, and performance-driven culture aligned with the company’s values and principles.

Stakeholder & Risk Management

  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and relevant authorities.
  • Represent the company in external forums and ensure the brand and corporate reputation are upheld.
  • Proactively identify business risks and collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective mitigation plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a general or business management role with full P&L responsibility, ideally within a similar-sized country operation.
  • Prior experience in sales and/or marketing leadership roles within seed, agribusiness, life sciences, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building, developing, and motivating diverse teams.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in business planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization externally.
