Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy with a strong presence across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. We're looking for a senior, client-facing Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery across large-scale industrial projects in Thailand. In this role you'll serve as the primary interface between our client and the site team — driving quality, safety, and schedule while representing us at the highest level.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead pre-construction planning; site readiness, logistics, temporary works, and site execution strategy
  • Own and manage the Master Construction Programme; track milestones, critical path, and schedule recovery
  • Oversee all day-to-day site operations across civil, MEP, architectural, and specialist trades
  • Implement the Project Quality Management Plan; review ITPs, method statements, and NCRs
  • Champion a zero-harm safety culture; ensure full HSE compliance with audits, incident investigations, and PTW systems
  • Administer FIDIC-based contracts; assess contractor claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) requests
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control; maintain change registers and coordinate approvals
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary site team of 5–20 staff; set performance expectations and mentor junior members
  • Serve as the primary client interface; lead site meetings, progress presentations, and stakeholder communications in English
  • Lead project closeout ; punch lists, commissioning, as-built documentation, handover, and lessons learned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior site leadership role (CM or equivalent)
  • Experience in large-scale industrial projects; factory, data centre, logistics warehouse, or similar
  • Experience with FIDIC contract administration and managing contractor claims / EOT processes
  • Cross-functional coordination capability across civil/structural, MEP, and specialist subcontractors
  • Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6; familiarity with QMS (ISO 9001) and HSE frameworks
  • English Business Proficient (written and spoken) — mandatory;Thai fluency required for local contractor coordination
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience working with international clients and under FM Global standards is a strong advantage
  • Willing to relocate on-site across industrial provinces (Chonburi, Rayong, Pathum Thani, and others); 6-day working week

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
